The Art of Abraham Megerdichian

Abraham Megerdichian (1923-1983) created small artworks from scrap metal, 26 of which are on loan from his son, Robert Megerdichian, and family. A machinist in Cambridge, Massachusetts, by day, in the evenings Megerdichian would craft small versions of objects inspired by everyday life in his home workshop. Megerdichian constructed these artworks from scrap metal brought home from his job and enjoyed giving his creations to family and friends.
