Miniature Masterworks: Henny Staring-Egberts

Since 2000, Henny Staring-Egberts has been focused on creating 1:12 scale miniature ceramic pieces inspired by sixteenth- and nineteenth-century delft, Chinese, and Japanese porcelain. Staring-Egberts trained at the Willem de Kooning Academy of Arts in Rotterdam and has a lifelong love for moden art, which is sometimes expressed in her miniature ceramic work.

Staring-Egberts is one of more than sixty artists participating in Miniature Masterworks, September 15-17, 2017.
