The Art of the Imagination Summer Programming

Each summer, The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures offers camps and workshops for kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as a teen workshop. The Museum works with local artists to offer creative projects that connect to current exhibitions. Check here for specific dates and program information starting in early March each year.

The Art of the Imagination summer series fosters a deeper connection to art and storytelling, giving participants the opportunity to engage with the Museum’s collection, learn new skills, and find inspiration in every detail.

Family Drop-In Program

Make and Sip Workshops

Designed for adults, 21+, the Make and Sip and Paint and Sip Workshops offer a social and interactive evening of art, history, and creativity. Each artist-led offering focuses on a creative project connected to an object or exhibition at the Museum. Participants have after-hours access to the galleries for inspiration and are invited to enjoy wine and appetizers throughout the program. These interactive workshops encourage deeper conversations around the collection and special exhibitions, artistic exploration, and a chance to connect with fellow participants.
