Unlocking Memories
Join The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures’s Student Advisory Group to explore nostalgia, imagination, and childhood through the unique exhibition: “Unlocking Memories.” Come and rediscover toys from days past while reflecting on the stories, memories, and joy they evoke. Students will highlight their favorite childhood toys using a variety of digital mediums to bring a new perspective to the collection. Enjoy light food and refreshments while taking a trip down memory lane.
This free event for UMKC students takes place on Friday, May 8, 6:00-8:00 PM at The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures, 5235 Oak St. Parking at the Museum is FREE.
