Photography Use Requests

The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures provides photocopies and photographic reproductions (high-resolution color photographs, scans, or digital images) of materials from the collection for a fee (if applicable). Please read the following agreement carefully. Your signature is required and indicates that you will comply with all the provisions herein.

RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Permission will be granted only to the extent of the the Museum’s ownership of the rights relating to the image request. Works may be protected by copyright, trademark, or related interests not owned by the Museum. The responsibility for ascertaining whether any such rights exist and for obtaining all necessary permissions remains with the applicant.
• Duplication of images by the Museum does not transfer copyright or property rights.
• Permission will be granted for a non-exclusive, one-time, one-edition use. Additional permission and fees are required for re-use.
