The Museum Store operates on the same schedule as regular hours:

Returns and Exchanges
The Museum hopes you are delighted with your purchase or gift from The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures. If for some reason you are less than completely satisfied, please contact the Museum at info@toyandminiaturemuseum.org.
The Museum will gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange if the item is in like-new condition within 30 days of the purchase, with the original receipt.
The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures is a 501©3 organization. All store purchases are tax-exempt.
